Yesterday was an exciting time as our daughter captured the Grand Prize at her Junior High School Science Fair with a planting experiment that she documented on Blogger. It's nice seeing Blogger put to innovative uses, and it was great watching her getting excited about plant growth and blogging for the first time. Yes, there were a few trials and tribulations (our dog ate one of her bean plants), and some seeds simply decided not to grow, but it seemed to add to the overall thrill of the project. Even more delightful was her expression upon learning that she had a whole bunch of visitors to her blog from New Zealand, Australia and Germany. Congratulations Rachel!
